Ayiri can’t be Ologbotsere of Itsekiri, says Lori-Ogbebor

RIGHTS activist, Chief Rita Lori-Ogbebor, has said Chief Ayiri Emami will not be recognised as the Ologbotsere of Itsekiri nation, if the Olu of Warri, His Majesty Ogiame Ikenwoli, confer the title on him against the wishes of the people. She also urged the Itsekiri not to engage in violent opposition to the choice of Emami, adding that the conferment of the title on him was against the collective interest of Itsekiri nation.
CHIEF RITA LORI-OGBEBOR Briefing newsmen yesterday in Lagos, she said the Itsekiri had rejected Emami prior to his appointment, last Friday, noting that it was surprising that the Itsekiri monarch went ahead to make him the Ologbotsere. She said: “I will, therefore, not believe that the Olu will rush to confer a title on anybody because there is no reason to do so.

Well done Olu Ikenwoli the Nebuchadnezzar of our time ( Hon Charles Eyimofe Pemu- say it as it is)

Well done Olu Ikenwoli the Nebuchadnezzar of our time, may you live long enough to face the nemesis for betraying the people's trust as the aformasin who speaks with all side of your mouth: The truth sound insulting because it's bitter of which no man consume a bitter pill with his/her faced smiling. I have not come to entertain the wolves but feeds the sheep, therefore I seek not a false love from the pretentious pretentious pro throne and Olu and his cohort in exchange for favour. For the bible says " An open rebuke is better than secret love" it would be cheaper, easier , fun, interesting and supportive if I should censored the truth for I would have become their most favourite but rather I venture into the uninteresting and bitter expository advocacy that has attracted me more enemies than friends.

There Is Nothing Like Ologbotsere Of Itsekiri

INYC to Rita Lori: There is nothing like Ologbotsere of Itsekiri
The Itsekiri National Youth Congress, INYC says statement credited to Chief Rita Lori-Ogbebor, wherein she purportedly said Chief Ayirimi Emami “will not be recognized as the Ologbotsere of Itsekiri Nation” is most unfortunate as there “is nothing like Ologbotsere of Itsekiri Nation, but Ologbotsere of Warri Kingdom”. President of INYC, Comrade Esimaje Awani in a statement released Tuesday October 24 in Warri, Delta State, refuted Chief Ogbebor’s insinuation that the conferment of the prestigious title of Ologbotsere on Chief Ayirimi Emami by the Olu of Warri was against the collective interest of Itsekiri Nation.

Itsekiri"s Take Note of This Uncanny Faces.

Itsekiri take note of this faces.
Two among them all will benefit from the naming of maritime university if it favors the gbaramatu clan as Okerenkoko instead of Okerenghigho.
One as a senator in the red chambers and the other as house of representative member in the green chambers after the 2019 general elections.
Their "GREEK GIFT" in disguise tru their intermediaries shouldn't blind fold us. Note this day that the to emerged two are the major bargainers who exchanges our ancestral property (okerenghigho land) for political support (ijaw block votes).

FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ORDERED WARRI SOUTH WEST HEADQUATER TO OGIDIGBEN

Image may contain: one or more people, outdoor and nature

How long shall we wait?
Itsekiri file a case in court that was fustrated for 16years and at the end in the supreme court the critical judgement we wanted never came.
The last 16years of democracy that have seen the underdevelopment of our places by those who are at the leadership of Itsekiri before the coronation of Ogiame Ikenwoli The Olu of Warri.
While WARRI SOUTH WEST case last, the leaders under whose government Warri south west was taken to Ogbe Ijoh never really show any interest.
Please Name the list of Itsekiri leaders that showed interest in recent time on Itsekiri land issues? Itsekiri land case is not their priority but the wealth from Itsekiri is their priority.
These same people made Warri South West the official Ijaw fourth local government in Delta state.
It was reported same that thesame leaders took the whole of Warri South West election machinery to Kurutie
It is also reported that these same people are planning to start zoning the office of Warri Federal constituency with Ijaw and Urhobo.

#Itsekiri_Winning_Cabal_Losing after the ologbotsere ambition dashed to the gutter, Chief Ayiri Emami has against frustrated

Image may contain: 6 people, people smiling

#Itsekiri_Winning_Cabal_Losing after the ologbotsere ambition dashed to the gutter, Chief Ayiri Emami has against frustrated as he failed in a bid to stop legal proceeding against him and his associates that looted Itsekiri developmental funds through Itsekiri Regional Development Commission IRDC he chaired for 5yrs and cannot account for a total sum of five billion Naira (N5BN) allocated to the commission by chevron Nigeria limited. The case to give account or remit the Itsekiri development fund was instituted by the lioness of Africa, Chief Rita Lori Orojowo, the Igba of Warri kingdom on behalf of the oppressed, suppressed and deprived Itsekiri people of the Niger delta.
The High Court sitting in Warri, Delta state dismissed a preliminary objection filed by Chief Ayiri Emami and his associates to challenge the suit instituted by Igba of Warri, Chief Rita Lori and four others against the Delta State Government led by the former administration of Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, Chevron Nigeria Limited and nine Itsekiri figures over perceived short-changing of Itsekiri oil communities on behalf of the suffering Itsekiri people whose wealth was looted by the Chief Ayiri led IRDC 5yrs administration which a total of 5BN Naira meant to provide social basic infrastructures and amenities such as roads, drinking water, schools, schoolarship, electricity, security , housing , healthcare, shoreline protection and some others are unaccounted for.
In the substantive suit, Chief Lori-Ogbebor and others are asked the court to compel the state government, Chevron and nine others which includes Chief Ayiri Emami, to account for the alleged billions of naira voted for the development of Itsekiri oil-producing communities through Chevron’s instituted Itsekiri Regional Development Council, IRDC, and sundry benefits to oil communities in Itsekiriland.
In the objection, Chief Ayiri Emami and seven others had prayed/begged and cried that the court should strike out the suit on grounds against them citing that the court lacks jurisdiction to entertain such case and that the claimants/respondents (Chief Rita) who is acting on behalf of the oppressed, suppressed and disenfranchised poor and helpless Itsekiri people were not known to law among others.

#Itsekiri Xenophobic Ugborodo Brutality Ugborodo Barbarism Wari Dog Eat Dog

I stood for and by Comr. Ofe Nene no matter his adversaries , but that was yesterday when I mistook him for a Moses not knowing he has been Pharoah in disguise. 😠😠Never trust a person to control who cannot control himself for the humble terrified Ofe Nene Penda of yesterday has today become the Nebuchadnezzar against his people. This is why I have issues trusting people as I will rather trust Hyenas, jackals and the lion than human because I know those animals will eat me with no pretense while humans are unpredictable.
Who says Itsekiris doesn't kill their own? Please I need answers to the questions below :
*Was it an Itsekiri visitors or tenants that tied Pa. Metseagharun to yellow Mercedes Benz car and then dragged him on the street of Okere which led to his death over Ugborodo leadership issue?
*Was it Itsekiri neighbours that assassinated the late Sunny Deghele?
*Was it armed robbers that strangled to death the Pa. Sandy Omadeli?

UDUAGHAN Legacy of failed projects

  Image may contain: 1 person

UDUAGHAN Legacy of failed projects. EBOBO of the highest order.
It is only in Itsekiri that you see people still summon the courage to campaign based on failed projects. This is Itsekiri Dredger which was acquired with an inflated sum of #1B by Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan and his evil disciples using DESOPADEC Itsekiri development funds. For 5 years and counting, this facility has not pumped even one konkoli of sand to sandfill and reclaim any of our eroded community, yet some internet lizards still want to nod their heads in self dilusion and claim that this failed project is one of the landmark achievement of our detribalized failed brother governor.
Whenever I look at the face of the Warri kingdom, I see failed projects which the former governor supervised their failure. Is it the Koko Stadium built to half completion by thief Ibori and then our brother abandoned it for 8 years, or is it the Abigborodo polytechnic that has been used to siphone our money without the resulting benefit? What about the failed Boat yard project at Ugbori opposite NPA that is now a strategic front for militants? One of the biggest scam of the Uduaghan and his 12 evil disciples is the Technical College at Omadino.

Hon Charles Eyimofe Pemu- say it as it is

The tale of two dignitaries at the just concluded National Association of Itsekiri Graduates NAIG 20th anniversary event with Engr. Victor Oritsetimeyin Wood as key speaker and Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan as chairman:
The sweetest medicine never cures the dreaded epidemic, but the bitter medicine cures all. Underdevelopment is the problem in warri kingdom which as a result of unchecked looting of our developmental funds by those in the helm of affairs whom most of us still worship and yet brand ourselves as progressive. Engr. Victor Oritsetimeyin Wood at the NAIG 20th anniversary prescribed the perfect medication that will liberate Itsekiri nation, but those that branded themselves as activist advocating for the development of our kingdom who are suppose to administer the prescription to the politically sick and weak in mind have deliberately hidden it, because the sickness of deformity is what brings food on the tables of the stomach infrastructural advocates . Itsekiri have a long wake from political slavery but I won't be tired as I will either die fighting or live to feel the change of the old status quo that has impoverished our kingdom.

IJAW AFTER THE MERCHANDISE OF ITSEKIRI

No automatic alt text available.

by Toju Apoh
The people once describe as non educated, timid and bush dwellers over ages has change in recent times, the Ijaw nation with the hunger for change through her leadership, pursued development by all means possible, a thing that have eventually polish their history and change the general outlook of Ijaw people. a wakeup call that brought all Ijaws together irrespective of state and local government area, political parties that have seen them taking new places and also expanding territories. Aside the fact they try to steal Itsekiri lands they are admired for the sense of nationhood they took along in their struggle.
Taking advantage of multinational companies in their area, making judicious use of community and government funds for development, forcing scholarships, pushing modern education for a whole new generation and sametime preserving their own indigenous language and cultures indeed there is a future for Ijaw.

ILAJE OF ONDO, BENIN OF EDO STATE AND ITSEKIRI OF DELTA STATE IN A CASE OF IJAW EXPANSIONIST AGENDA.

Across the country today, the issue of who is an indigene and who is a settler has been recurring and the inability to find satisfactory answers to these questions has resulted in conflicts in virtually every parts of the country. Specifically, this indigene and settler question is currently a problem to the Ilaje of Ondo state, Benins of Edo state, Itsekiris and Urhobos of Delta state as a result of Ijaws expantionist agenda to the extent of disregarding the rule of law and judgements from competent court of law. Our peaceful co existence should be a function of obidience to the rule of law which should bind every single Nigerian regardless of ethnic affiliation. Ijaw ethnic majority group seek to claim places unjustfully that belong to other minority ethnic groups in the Niger Delta. IN ONDO STATE. A REFERENCE TO ARUGBO AND APOI IJAW.

This was brought to the fore after Ijaw Ilaje crisis in Ondo state. For the historical profile of the Ijaw in the present Ondo state, We need to rely on their documented history by their own Professor Alagoa (an Ijaw) and other authorities. The Apoi and Arogbo Ijaw are immigrants neighbours to the aborigine Ilaje and Ikale people (two sub-groups of theYoruba). Professor Alagoa wrote that the Arogbo Ijaw migrated from kolokuma Gbaran to Ujo Gbaran. From kolokuma Gbaran, they also moved further to Obroza (oporoza) Gbaramatu and to Iparama and from Iparama, after a prolonged stay, they moved westward to the present town of Arogbo. We must stress and importantly too that today the Arogbo Ijaw rejected the status of settlers to which the Iiaje are trying to consign them, they claim they are the aborigines of the territories they currently occupy. In the paragraphs 3,4,and 5 of the Arogbo Ijaw Community represented by Mr. J. O. Menone and chief F. J William in the Commission of Inquiry set up to examine the root causes of the 1998 conflict between the Ijaw and the Ilaje, the Ijaw strongly advanced their aborigine’s status but under cross-examinations, the Ijaw leaders were asked as to the date of their arrival in their present location, their previous Kings list (the Iiaje argued that the then Olugbo was the 23rd) and were asked to reconcile their position with those of eminent historians like Professors Ade Ajayi and Joe Alagoa who put their arrival in their present location around the late 18th and early 19th centuries.
Professor Alagoa In his History of the Niger Delta also argues that the Apoi ijaws had located the Brass Division of the Rivers State as their place of origin. EDO STATE. IJAW AT GELEGELE ARE TENANT TO THE BENIN PEOPLE That Gelegele is a Bini community is a long settled issue. There are established, verifiable administrative inquiries by the then Midwest State Government and judgments from the High Court up to the Supreme Court in Lagos giving authority and power to the Binis over the land occupied by our forbears for centuries. Our claim to Gelegele and environs is neither fictional nor adventurous. The area was incontrovertibly founded by a Bini Prince Ekaladerhan who escaped a royal death decree over 10 centuries ago particularly Ughoton Princess Kobe from Ughoton founded Gelegele after previous attempts to inhabit the swampy terrain failed the name Gelegele derived from the exclamation: “Gelegele emwan khian evbo” Our investigation showed that the first Ijaw man from undoubted history to setle in Gelegele was one Feti who suffered a misadventure in the near sea where torrential waves swept away his makeshift .home about 100 years ago. He obtained permission from one Okunseri, the then priest of Ughoton, to settle there under traditional oath of allegiance. As time went on the Ijaw population in Gelegele grew but continually paid homage to the Binis nay the Oba of Benin, through Ughoton until late Oba Akenzua II, CMG, stopped them. However, in 1969 the Ijaw who had prior knowledge of oil discovery in the land, rose against the authority which erupted in a crisis at a time a Bini man, one Ogbeifun Egharevba was Odionwere of Gelegele. An administrative inquiry was setup by the then Midwest State Government of Brigadier-General Samuel Osaigbovo Ogbemudia, headed by one Mr. S. Jamgbadi, a Senior District Officer and sat at Ekehuan. A report was issued in 1970, and we quote inter-alia: “It is however established that the Ijaws have been resident in Gelegele for many years and that during these years they have acquired landed property and cultivated farms; but from the facts in evidence they qualify as TENANTS on the land – their-long period of occupation notwithstanding. The matter went through the High Court of Justice and Federal Court of Appeal in Benin and the Supreme Court -in Lagos. The Binis secured victory all the way. The following suit numbers are material evidences to buttress our claim to the land at Gelegele and environs; 1. High Court of Justice, Benin Judgment delivered on the 22nd December 1978 by .Justice. Ekeruche J in Suit No. B/I44/1970. 2. Federal Court of Appeal judgment delivered on the 16th December1981 by Abdul Ganiy Olatunji· Agbaja and 2 others in Suit No. FCA/B/82/80. 3. Supreme Court unanimous Judgment delivered on the 19th ‘August 1983 by Muhamedu Lawai Uwais, former Chief Justice of the Federation and 4 others in Suit No. SC.131/1982. Ijaws are only settlers on Benin land and have no legal, moral or historical support for their claims to be owners of where they find themselves
DELTA STATE: ITSEKIRIS ARE LANDLORD TO IJAW OF GBARAMATU. In Suit No. W/20/46, Adurumokumor (Ijaw) acting for himself and on behalf of Bakokodia Ijaw Community took action against Kponu (Itsekiri) of Omadino for a declaration of title to the land described as Bakokodia. The true position is that the Ijaw inhabitants of Bakokodia and its environs came from Westem Ijaw and were permitted by Chanomi Iye on the authority of Omadino people to settle there. Ademola J. dismissed Adurumokomor’s action on the ground that the people of Bakokodia had failed to prove their title to the land claimed by them. As the Ijaws persisted in demanding tributes and rents from those using the land and fishing in the rivers, Omadino people, represented by Chief Sillo and Edremoda Golly, sued Adurumokumor on behalf of Bakokodia people in suit No. W/20/46 in Warri High Court and successfully obtained a declaration of title over Bakokodia and the surrounding lands and rivers. The court awarded damages for trespass against the Ijaws who, according to the Judge, were put on the land by Itsekiri Omadino people who acknowledged the overlordship rights of the Olu of Warri. The Ijaws went to the West African Court of Appeal and lost in WACA No 3707 After this, the Ijaws continued to disregard the above judgements, and Omadino people sued them for forfeiture at the Warri High Court. Ultimately at the High Court the Ijaws accepted a compromise judgement in which they clearly acknowledged Omadino’s ownership of the land. See Suits Nos. W/29/51, W/37/61, SC/393/64 and Nos. W/35/90 & CA/B/65/90. Okenrenghigho, Ijaw settlement in Gbaramatu also fell under the axe of the Omadino people. In suit No. W/30/62 Chief Sillo (Itsekiri) versus James Uluba (Ijaw), Justice Obaseki held that the Ijaw of Okerenghigho are tenants of Omadino. The Ijaws then appealed to the Supreme Court presided over by Elias, C.J. Sowewimo and Ibekwe J.J.S.C. in suit No. SC/37/1973. They lost. The effect of these judgements is that the most of Gbaramatu area is populated by Ijaws who are customary tenants on lands owned by Omadino people under the Overlordship of the Olu of Warri. In suit W/124/76 in which judgement was delivered on 24th April, 1996 Ugborodo Community – an Itsekiri Community in Warri North Local Government now in Warri South-West Local Government Council won a land case against Gbaramatu Ijaw. The whole of the lands including, Benikurukuru and, bordering the Omadino part of Gbaramatu, is adjudged to be Ugborodo land. Today the entire area call Gbaramatu belong to Itsekiri people from judgement of competent courts of law. IN RIVER STATE In Port Harcourt, Ijaws have turned from settlers to Land owners claiming Borokiri axis , they have also wanted to claim Rainbow town in Transamadi from the Nkpogu people before Peter Odili stepped in and seized the land. This is same character lead to the land dispute between Rebisi and Okrika Ijaw in Port Harcourt, we can also recall the politics of waterfront where we have Ijaw settlers in Port Harcourt that resulted to a quarel between Ameachi and former president Jonathan wife. IJAW TREATY REFERENCE WITH BRITISH In July 1994, the aboriginal Ijaws wrote a letter to the Queen of England and forwarded a copy to the Attorney-General and Minister of Justice in Abuja. In the letter, they wrote: “It was only by the Treaties of Friendship, Trade and Protection signed between Ijaws and the British Government on 25th of January, 1836, at Bonny with Lieutenant Robert Tryon on behalf of Her Majesty, the Queen of Great Britain, that our aboriginal territory of the Niger Delta became a British Protectorate and was proclaimed the Oil River Protectorate in 1885 and the Niger Coast Proctorate in 1893 respectively.” Signatories to the letter were representatives of Augalabiri, Angiama, Sagbama, Odiani, Ogbere, Akassa, Middleton, Bonny, Ogolomoa, Obika, Opobo. It is note-worthy that none of the communities named is in Itsekiri, Benin or Ilaje These has proven in many instances the Ijaws came to settle as free-tenants in coastal land given them by other other ethnic groups, only later for them to start actions of claiming ownership of those lands as shown in references above, a situation which have resulted to wars with the destruction of lives and properties. IJAW TO MIGRATION According to historical facts and treaties with the british, the Ijaws have their core settlement in the present Bayelsa state and western Ijaw where they migrated to coastal areas of other states. There are authoritative records that Ijaw later moved both west-ward and east-ward from their homeland about early 18th century, P.C. Lioyd in the journal of African History iv. 2 (1963) p207-231 says: “the Ijoh (Ijaw) coming from the southern delta, have moved as fishermen into the westhern delta area, extending northwards even to the modern Yoruba town of Okitipupa”. Other sources confirming Ijaw movement to the neighboring homelands include: Intelligence Report of 1938 by Lt. com S.E. Johnson (R.N) Age. District Officer; Intelligence Report of 1938 on Ekhuan District by Mr. H. F. Marshall, District Officer, Another on Ilaje by R.J.M Curwen, District Officer in 1936 Prof. E.J. Alagoa, G. T. strke & C. Ifeka etc In the course of these migration some Niger Deltans settled in one another’s homelands. Until recently, we had all lived happily among ourselves, respecting one another’s customs and traditions. The new expansionist agenda of our Ijaw brothers began early last decade, leading to a series of inter-ethnic crises between 1997 and 2003. They made state creation proposal to forcefully and illegally claim lands and territories that belong to other ethnic group. The Ijaws have had ethnic wars with Itsekiri, Ikwere, Ilaje, Bini, Urhobo etc Doing everything to forcefully take over lands belonging to other ethnic groups (non-Ijaw communities) in their claim of Niger Delta lands in several case with the destruction of lives and properties of peace loving people. A source of this Ijaw agenda to take the Niger Delta can be found in an advertorial by the Ijaw National Congress INC (an umbrella organization of the Ijaw Ethnic Nationality) on page 50 of the Vanguard of Tuesday, May 14, 2013. In the advertorial, the INC recommended a political restructuring of Nigeria into ten ethnic-based regions with the entire Niger Delta, excluding Effik/Ibibio, labeled Ijaw. Another source was from the article, “Boro and Jackson: Alliance across the Atlantic” written by Professor G. G. Darah and published in The Guardian of 3rd- 5th June 2013, but look at it, the Niger Delta was never meant to be Ijaw. The Niger Delta, from 1849 when it was part of the Oil Rivers to 1885 under Oil Rivers Protectorate and later in about 1897 under Niger Coast Protectorate, 1900 under the Protectorate of Southern Nigeria, 1906 under the Colony and Protectorate of Southern Nigeria and Nigeria in 1914, the Niger Delta was never contemplated to be an Ijaw colony. Many ethnic groups live on this space including Ikwerre, Ijaw, Ekpeye and Ogba, Ogoni, Effik, Anang, Ibibio, Etche, Urhobo, Itsekiri, Isoko, Edo, etc. Ijaw’s ambition of taking places that does not belong to them also explains why it does not have respect for other ethnic groups in the region and at the same time cunningly and indirectly appropriating the resources of other ethnic groups for their interest only. WHY ITSEKIRIS IN CHEVRON MUST DOWN-TOOL ON WEDNESDAY JUNE 28, 2017

Image may contain: one or more people, people standing and outdoor
I wish to once again draw the attention of all Itsekiri Graduates worldwides to the above subject matter.
It is pertinent to state that The National Association of Itsekiri Graduates (NAIG), in conjuction with Ijaw Graduates -KOMBOT, Ilaje Graduates (NAIG) have done everything humanly possible to avoid this issue getting to this stage but Chevron will not bulge.
We have written at least fifteen letters to all relevant Government bodies - namely the Presidency, Senate, Directorate of State Security (DSS), Nigerian Police, Army, Nigeria Navy, The Member representing Delta South Senatorial District - Sen. James Manager, Member Representing Warri Federal Constituency - Hon. Daniel Reyenieju, Member Representing Warri South- West in the Delta State House of Assembly - Hon. Daniel Mayuku, etc.
We have had at least over ten meetings with Chevron Nigeria Limited, DSS, NIGERIA NAVY, and Representatives of The Delta State Government.

Chevron has consistently maintained that the trainees are privileged to be with them.
They will only regularise when situation improves.
It should be noted that this training program is the only means through which graduates of Host communities to Chevron have been gainfully employed for over ten years.
The trainees are only employed as TECHNICIANS.
Recruitment into other departments in Chevron such has Human Resources, Engineering, Legal, Marine, etc. have been impossible within this period yet they employ other Nigerians that are not as qualified as our graduates into these departments.

A valiant mother who deserves to be celebrated as a father Chief RITA LORI (sole protector of itsekiri land)

Image may contain: 2 people
A mother deserve to be celebrated as a father in a society where all fathers are acting irresponsibly. While the men of the kingdom are in London enjoying themselves with palace offering and tithes that would have some minor needs like providing diesel for boats which will transport school children and other needs, a woman is busy using our energy, resource, time and connection to defend the kingdom and after the men Chiefs will tell her to shut up and sit down for expressing her displeasure where men are talking just because she is a woman.
I dedicate the yesterday Father's Day celebration to our amiable mother who is both hand and leg to us, in the person of Chief Rita Lori, a worthy, credible, dogged and selfless leader and elder personality Warri kingdom never had as an Olu, hmmm how wish the Oluship can be contested but unfortunately is hereditary . It is shameful to know that, after the likes of Chief Nana, chief Okotie-Eboh and some few other men, Itsekiri men seized to deserve a happy Father's Day celebration as they have failed in their fatherly duties to their children.

Exposed looters of itsekiri's fortunes ( part 1) : Chief Thomas Ereyitomi

Happy birthday chief Thomas: There will be lavish of drinks, yam pepe soup (epuru) and prostitutes (ashewo, okpo and oskolo) today as you me and other sons and daughters of warri kingdom to celebrate the birthday of one of our Itsekiri greatest beloved driller and dealers in disguise of leader that has converted Itsekiri developmental funds into personal wealth. I'm sorry that I may be offending some persons with interesting to hustle wrong as my hostile approach towards these drillers parading themselves as leaders will not stop until they changed their evil ways.

Final Judgment on the case of illegal relocation of Itsskiri local government headquarters delayed

Final Judgment on the case of illegal relocation of Itsskiri local government headquarter to our tenants under the watch of our leaders: what is the update?
Warri kingdom should stop too many secrecy as this is the problem affecting us since the second dynasty after the reign of Ekengbuwa and the over 80yrs interregnum. I will not be intimidated by any traditional and cultural threat and no one will dare shut me up from speaking up because, the earlier we start saying the truth the better for us. We are suppose to have about 7 Royal families but only one seems to be dominating by trying to shut others out while many things are buried in secrecy. Enough is enough as its time Itsekiri deserve to know where we all belong in this kingdom, else our children may end up living a fake life of of feeling like royalty and overlord whereas they are slaves to our once slaves. Our overlordship is almost relegated to history and paper alone while our subjects are being the on ground landlords all because of deep rooted secret. Someone better tell Itsskiri what they are not aware of now before it's too late.

THE ROLE OF THE ITSEKIRI YOUTHS FOR OUR NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN WARRI-KINGDOM

Although, the collective problems of the IWERE-LAND in WARRI-KINGDOM militates against us (ITSEKIRIs) we still possess tremendous capacity to achieve the design of how our future and land would look like.
It is evident that the national development trajectory of IWERE Nation has been declining and one cannot confidently say development in its true sense is occurring in WARRI-KINGDOM or in any of the most immediate Oil producing Communities.
Even though, the per capita income of the IWERE-LAND has doubled through the years of the sales of Crude Oil, beyond doubt this has also been a period of underdevelopment; since poverty, unemployment and inequality have been growing worse.

ODUDUWA REPUBLIC

THE WAY FORWARD
At this point in itsekiri history, it is RISKY for the indigenous itsekiri people to keep living in isolation right in the midst of aggressive neighbours whose ultimate plan is to completely annihilate us. We must at this time start identifying our potential allies and friends. Our best bet is to identify with the people of "Oduduwa Republic" with who we share a common ancestry. The ijaws are banking on their population strength which has given them political advantage over us hence we cannot continue living in isolation when we have extended family we can identify with to secure our survival.

PRACTICAL ITSEKIRI LEADERS

Image may contain: 1 person, standing

Nana Olomu, AKA Agbamudu, did not become “Nana of Itsekiri” simply because he was from Ebrohimi. Nana became Itsekiri when, against all odds he stood to resist the incursion of the British Imperialists whose policies at that time were antagonistic to the interests of his people.
Dore Numa was not Itsekiri simply because he was a Prince of the Itsekiri monarchy. Dore Numa became Itsekiri when he blazed the trail for Itsekiri, recording many legal victories.
Chief F. S. Okotie-Eboh was not Itsekiri because he was adorned with indescribeable Itsekiri atires. Chief F.S. Okotie-Eboh became Itsekiri the day he demonstrated to the world that he is thoroughly tribalized Itsekiri man who used his high political office to decorate the Itsekiri landscape with landmark projects that has not been seconded by any other even till date. Although he was a Nationalist and a Federal Minister, but his immediate concern was his local territory.
Franklin Atake was not Itsekiri because he had direct blood connection to the Itsekiri race. Franklin Atake became Itsekiri when he availed himself for Itsekiri exploits.

The leadership of the INYC led by Comr. Weyinmi Agbateyiniro was informed yesterday by some indigenes and youth executive of Ifiekporo Community at about 5pm that some Naval Men just drove into the community and started shooting sporadically without any hitherto crisis or confusion in the community, hence the INYC immediately mobilized to the community.
On their way to the community the Army boss in charge of Warri South got the wind of the INYC mobilization and immediate led his men to meet with them on their way to Ifie and stopped the move in that force and anger the Council was going with.
The Army Boss begged the INYC that, it is unfortunate that what happened has happened and promised it wont happen again, hence he begged the Council to be calm and help in handling the situation rather than escalating it.
Before the Army Boss spoke the President of the INYC Comr. Weyinmi Agbateyiniro in anger told the Military Boss and his men that the continuous shooting of Itsekiri youths by both the military and the police is one too many and won't be tolerated any more. He went on to state that in communities where they do bunkering people are not being killed but in peaceful Itsekiri Community like Ifie killing of the youth is now like a leisure game to the Military and Nigerian Police. He said the council have no other choice than to respond because the life of every Itsekiri is important to the INYC.

ILLEGAL RELOCATION OF WARRI SW LGA HQTR FROM OGIDIGBEN TO OGBE IJAW: CHIEF RITA LORI OGBEBOR SEEKS SUPREME COURT INTERPRETATION IN FAVOUR OF ITSEKIRI NATION.

Image may contain: 8 people
Today 9/1/2017 at the Supreme court in Abuja, Nigeria Federal Capital city , Chief Rita Lori Ogbebor the Igba of Warri kingdom continues her long and tortuous search for justice for her people in the illegal relocation of the Warri SW Local government headquarters from Ogidigben(ORIGINAL GAZETED HEADQURTER BY THE FEDERAL GOVERMENT OF NIGERIA) an Itsekiri community in Ugborodo under the over lordship of His majesty the Olu of Warri His Majesty Ogiame Ikenwoli to Ogbe-Ijaw, an Ijaw quater in Warri by ex governor of Delta State, James Ibori.
The case which started since 2002 is now about 11 year at the Supreme court due to the corruption in the judiciary, the complicity of some prominent Itsekiri politicians within the Delta State Government who profited heavily from the injustice against their people and the financial inducements from successive government officials both at the state and Federal level.
